The Coalition of the Willing (CoW) refers to the group of software providers who are willing to discuss together with the Besafeshare team and the representatives of the Belgian Safes the practical technical aspects of the implementation of the care sets and share the problems they encounter in their own real life implementation of structured data exchange, as a first step toward a national rollout of the exchange of real clinical data between different health applications and healthcare providers.

The CoW is made of both hospital and first line EHR providers.
