The Vaccination care set small value sets like VaccineCode, ProtocolApplied, Route, Location, BodySite,Laterality are currently published within the Vaccination business rules v1.0 guide published by the Be-SafeShare team.

The current manifestation (Vaccination.Reaction) value set is a transversal value set shared with the AllergyIntolerance Care Set ( in the AllergyIntolerance.Reaction.Manifestation element). It has been published by the CSCT both as a flat file "dictionary" and as part of the formal CSCT SNOMED CT extension since July 2022 to support the AllergyIntolerance Care Set early adopters. Once stabilized, this refset/value set will be promoted to the BE- SNOMED CT extension published by the Belgian NRC.
