Defintion of what is a « record »

A "Record" is a set of data recorded in a specific case. In order to be usable, the record must be structured as defined in the Care Sets, in other words, it must respect the logical model, the FHIR-BE profile and the business rules of the Care Set(s) concerned by this record.
