The Community Support for Clinical terminologies (CSCT) is an open community of sharing and reflection, made up of domain experts and representatives of healthcare institutions wishing to collaborate in the building of common information models in their electronic health records in Belgium, as well as representatives of service providers involved in the targeted developments.

The CSCT aims to support healthcare professionals along their data standardization and structuration journey, to gather the needs of the end-users to achieve the necessary synergies and to set up quality standards, adapted to the needs of the field, consensual, stable over time and usable by all.
